These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Risera, an AI-powered success coaching mobile application owned and operated by Khajindaar, based in India.
By downloading, installing, or using the Risera application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Risera provides AI-powered personal coaching, goal tracking, habit management, journaling, meditation guidance, and motivational content. The App is designed to support personal growth and well-being.
Risera is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The AI coach provides general motivational and self-improvement guidance only.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns, severe distress, self-harm thoughts, or a mental health emergency, please seek immediate help from local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Risera is not intended for crisis support.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
Certain premium features of Risera require a paid subscription.
All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through the respective app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user through the app store before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store.
Risera and all content within the App, including AI-generated responses, text, graphics, and design, are the intellectual property of Khajindaar.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

Risera is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time directly from the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
