We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

• Account Information: Email address and display name
• Profile Data: Avatar image and user preferences
• Goals & Milestones: Personal goals, milestones, roadblocks, and progress data
• Journal Entries: Affirmations, gratitude notes, mood logs, and reflections
• Habits & Challenges: Habit tracking, challenge progress, streaks, and completion logs
• Chat History: Conversations with the AI Coach and historical figure mentors
• Voice Data: Voice inputs processed for speech-to-text (not stored after processing)
• Wellness Data: Meditation usage and daily focus entries
• Gamification Data: XP points, badges earned, levels, and achievement progress
• Community Data: Posts, likes, and accountability partner connections
• Subscription Information: Plan type, billing cycle, and subscription status
• Device Information: Device type and operating system for app compatibility

• OpenAI: For AI-powered coaching responses. User inputs may be processed to generate replies. We do not use your personal data to train our own AI models.
• Supabase: For secure authentication and data storage
• Expo: For app delivery and updates

5. Authentication Methods

Risera supports the following sign-in methods:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

When using third-party authentication, we receive only basic profile information such as your name and email address.

6. Your Rights & Controls

• Access Data: View and update your personal information within the app
• Export Data: Use available export or backup features, if provided
• Delete Data: Reset or remove specific data using in-app options
• Delete Account: Permanently delete your account directly from the app Settings
• Manage Notifications: Adjust notification preferences in Settings

7. Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account at any time directly from the app Settings. Once deleted, all associated personal data is removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law (such as billing records).

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed, except where legal obligations require limited retention.

9. Children’s Privacy

Risera is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
